Jai's flick undergoes title change

AGS Entertainments' 'Saraswathi Sabatham' starring Jai in the lead, directed by Chandru, a former associate of Venkat Prabhu has been re-titled as 'Naveena Saraswathi Sabatham'. The change comes after fans of legendary actor Sivaji Ganesan protested against the use of the title 'Saraswathi Sabatham', which was one of the milestone movies in legend Sivaji Ganesan's career!
They have stated that they would not allow the usage of titles of milestone movies of their idol Sivaji for comedy movies.Earlier, Sivaji's fans also created an issue for Dhanush's movie, and the title was changed from Thiruvilayadal to Thiruvilayadal Aarambam.
Naveena Saraswathi Sabatham starring Jai, Swetha Thomas of 'Poraali' fame, VTV Ganesh, Sathyan and Subbu Panchu in the lead roles shooting has been wrapped. The first look posters of the comedy film, which were are very creative and interesting was released recently. The makers are planning for an audio launch of the film which has Prem, who has worked under Harris Jayaraj before, turning composer with this film soon.
