Dhanush is likely to have 2022 as a wonderful year as his 5th film for this year is all set to release. Dhanush’s upcoming Tamil – Telugu bilingual film ‘Vaathi’ or ‘Sir’ in Telugu is scheduled for a big release on December 2. Earlier, the production house had implied that the film will release on the said date, however it was later buzzed that the film’s release will be postponed to next year.

Dhanush’s upcoming Tamil – Telugu bilingual film ‘Vaathi’ or ‘Sir’ in Telugu is scheduled for a big release on December 2. Earlier, the production house had implied that the film will release on the said date, however it was later buzzed that the film’s release will be postponed to next year.
Breaking the rumours, the movie makers made it clear today that the film will release on December 2 as earlier announced and cleared the rumours of the film’s release delay.Directed by Venky Atluri, ‘Vaathi’ has Dhanush and Samyuktha Menon playing the lead roles. The teaser of the film was released a couple of weeks back and fans are eagerly waiting for the trailer of the film. As the storyline of the film is tightly wrapped, fans want to witness Dhanush playing a teacher.
The music for the movie is composed by GV Prakash and it was only yesterday, October 29 the composer revealed that the first single of the movie will be released soon. He also said that the first song that will be launched from the movie is a live song and it is penned by Dhanush.
On the work front, Dhanush was last seen in the film ‘Naane Varuvaen’. He is soon said to start the shooting schedule for his next film ‘Captain Miller’ with director Arun Matheswaran.
