It's a wrap for Raghava Lawrence's 'Rudhran'

Raghavan Lawrence has not made his on-screen presence for the last 3 years, and the experienced actor has been preparing to deliver back-to-back films. Raghava Lawrence will be next seen in 'Rudhran' and the film is slated to release on April 14 for the occasion of Tamil New Year. Now, it's a shoot wrap for Raghava Lawrence's 'Rudhran'. The makers of Rudhran have posted a video from the shooting spot of the film to confirm the shooting wrap-up. Sarath Kumar, who plays an important role in the film, is spotted in the latest video with the other cast and crew of 'Rudhran'. Seems like the veteran actor will have more smoking scenes in the film as he was spotted smoking to call the film's wrap-up.


So, 'Rudhran' is on track for April 14 release, and the film's extensive post-production work is to begin soon. The makers earlier unveiled the film's single track and the remix version of the classic Tamil song 'Paadatha Paatellam' has been doing well on musical platforms. The second single or teaser is expected to arrive next.

Directed by Kathiresan, 'Rudhran' features Raghava Lawrence and Priya Bhavani Shankar in lead roles, while the film's music is taken care of by GV Prakash Kumar. 'Rudhran' will be clashing with Vijay Antony's 'Pichaikkaran 2' at the box office for this Tamil New Year, and it's going to be two packed action entertainers for the Tamil cinema audience.

Raghava Lawrence is currently filming for 'Chandramukhi 2', which is directed by P Vasu, and the film is nearing completion. The busy actor has also finished the shooting for 'Jigarthanda Double X', while his other two films 'Adhigaaram' and 'Durga' are on hold.
