Filmmaker Vishnuvaradhan, who delivered the 'Shershaah' featuring Siddharth Malhotra in 2022 is making his Tamil comeback. He has announced a film with debutant Akash Murali in the main role. The film was launched officially a year back, however, there have been no updates about Vishnuvaradhan's film for a long time.
The shooting of the film was recently wrapped up successfully, and the makers announced the details regarding the cast and crew.

#VishnuVaradhan fresh from the success of the Bollywood sleeper-hit, “Shershaah” & is also known for his films, "Arinthum Ariyamalum", "Pattiyal", "Billa" & "Aarambam" is launching yet another young Tamil hero, Akash Murali, son of late actor Murali. The filming has been completed & the film has been shot extensively across different cities in Portugal, Spain & India."
Aditi Shankar is playing the female lead, while the upcoming film also has Sarathkumar, Prabhu, and Khushbu among others in crucial roles. Bankrolled by 'Master' makers, the film will have music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while the cinematography and editing are taken care of by Cameron Bryson and Sreekar Prasad respectively. The release date of the film is yet to be announced, and the post-production work to begin soon.
