Chiyaan Vikram had teamed up with director Anand Shankar for 'Iru Mugan', and the dual-action drama received a great response. Vikram played a doble role as a suspended RAW agent Akhilan Vinod, and a wanted criminal scientist Love. Nayanthara will be seen opposite Vikram in the film while Nithya Menen played a crucial role. Now, the biggest puzzle among the fans is whether Chiyaan Vikram's 'Iru Mugan' is remade in Hollywood.
The speculations about 'Iru Mugan' Hollywood arose because of the recently released Hollywood film trailer, and which deals with a similar kind of 'Iru Mugan' story.Now, Thameens films who produced 'Iru Mugan' have clarified the doubts with an official word regarding the 'Iru Mugan' remake. The makers of Chiyaan Vikram's 'Iru Mugan' haven’t sold the remake rights to any global or regional languages and put an end to social media confusions and comparisons.
Meanwhile, Chiyaan Vikram is currently working for 'Cobra', which is directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, and he has also signed in the films 'Ponniyin Selvan' and 'Chiyaan 60' with respective directors Mani Ratnam and Karthik Subbaraj.
