Interesting update on Vijay's 'Thalapathy 63' songs

While the shooting for Vijay's film with Atlee has been going on at a brisk pace, the latest is that the two songs of Thalapathy 63 are ready. Music composer AR Rahman has himself given this interesting update on the film's progress.
The ace composer shared a photo of director Atlee at his studio, with the caption "Look who is here. I am the first to see ...edit of two songs".

The film also stars Nayanthara, Kathir, Vivek, Yogi Babu, Daniel Balaji and Anandaraj in pivotal characters. AR Rahman has been roped in to do the music for the film. 'Thalapathy 63' directed by Atlee is his third collaboration with Vijay after Theri and Mersal. The movie will be released on the occasion of Diwali this year.
Meanwhile, the fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the title and first look of 'Thalapathy 63' on Vijay’s birthday on June 22. Recent reports are that Vijay will be playing a dual role in the movie and he is apparently playing the characters of a father and his son. It is already known that Vijay will be playing a football coach in the film. The portions involving the father character of Vijay are reportedly being shot in Chennai currently.
