In Pics: 'Pathu Thala' success celebration!

The most anticipated film 'Pathu Thala' was released in theatres on March 30. Directed by Obeli N Krishna, the film features Simbu, Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar in lead roles. The music for the movie is composed by AR Rahman. The film after its release, received a lot of positive reviews from fans and critics.
The movie makers on March 31 announced that 'Pathu Thala' has made a box office collection of Rs 12.3 crore and said it is the career best opening of Silambarasan TR's.Now, the production house took to social media to share photos from their success celebration.
Sharing the images, the production house said that they are celebrating the blockbuster success of 'Pathu Thala'. Simbu, producer Gnanavel Raja, Director Obeli Krishna attended the success party.

The movie is a cop gangster drama and it features Simbu, Gautham Karthik, Priya Bhavani Shankar in lead roles and the rest of the cast includes Gautham Vasudev Menon and Santhosh Prathap in prominent roles. The movie is a remake of the Kannada film 'Mufti'. While Simbu plays the role of the underworld mafia ruler AGR, Priya Bhvani Shankar plays the role of a politician and Gautham Karthik plays an undercover cop.
