Music lovers and movie buffs were pleased about their collaboration, thanks to some of the popular songs which were made out of their combination. The duo is now teaming up again for a film, a crime action
thriller
, which will have
Gautham Karthik and
Parthiban
playing lead roles. Debutant Saipriya is essaying the female lead in the movie. Imman took to Twitter to express happiness for being part of the project.

The untitled movie will have Gautham Karthik playing a private detective and Parthiban essaying the role of a cop. The team has begun the shooting a few days ago in Chennai. They will shoot later in Puducherry and Ooty, too. Though Ezhil has directed comic capers, it is the first time he is trying his hands at a thriller, albeit it has commercial elements.
