I was chosen as a hero for my performance in Goli Soda 2: Stun Siva

Stunt choreographer Stun Siva is turning a hero with Vincent Selva’s action thriller

. The former, who has acted in films like Pithamagan, Vettaiyadu Vilayaadu, etc, says the offer to act as a protagonist in a movie is something which he never anticipated. He says, “it is true that I have donned the greasepaint for several films and I loved doing it. But little did I expect that I would be cast as a hero in an action flick. It was my performance in a negative role in Vijay Milton’s Goli Soda 2 which fetched me the role. I’m currently doing a pivotal role in Suseenthiran’s Champion, too.”

Having been in the industry for three decades, helming action scenes for films in different languages, including Bollywood, Siva says acting is nothing new for him as a few of his roles were noted. Vettaiyan, which is in its final leg of production, was shot in Bangalore, Gobichettipalayam and Chennai. The film stars Kabir Duhan Singh, Vaishnavi Chandran, Tushara, Yogi Babu and others.
