I felt I belonged here: Aishwarya
For a star kid taking her first step in films, Aishwarya looks very much composed. The daughter of Arjun, Aishwarya says that she was never nervous when facing the camera. I enjoy being in front of the camera. I have been to the sets of dads films and knew what a shooting spot will be like. So, from day one, I felt I belonged here, says the debutante.

Talking about her role in Bhoopathy PandiansPattathu Yaanai, in which she pairs up with Vishal, she says, I play a 12th standard girl. She is a simple, happy-go-lucky girl, the kind of girl a boy can take home to his parents.
Aishwarya says the only advice that her dad gave her before she stepped onto the sets was that hardwork has no substitute. I had attended a workshop in Mumbai. So, he hasnt seen much of my acting skills. He saw a few shots from this film and was satisfied with them, says the girl. The Action King even spoke to her about the prospect of doing a liplock scene in the future and explained it from a professional point of view, she says.
There were reports that she had fainted on the sets during a schedule in Trichy, but Aishwarya refutes them and says, It was very hot and I was very tired. But I didnt faint. I survived the extreme heat on electral.
