The High Court of Madras has passed a ban on the release of pirated version of the movie 'Nerkonda Paarvai' in online media.

is all set to hit the screens tomorrow. Meanwhile, the film has been premiered on special shows across the world, the film is facing piracy issues from many piracy websites.

The High Court directed 37 internet service providers including BSNL to prohibit 1129 websites that can screen the pirated versions of the movie online. Justice Krishna Ramasamy passed the order based on the pleas filed by the film’s producer Boney Kapoor of Bay View Projects LLP. The piracy issue is a big problem that haunts the film industry.

The film is directed by H.Vinoth and music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja while the cast includes Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami and Andrea Tariang playing the lead roles. The film also has Arjun Chidambaram, Adhik Ravichandra, Aswin Rao and Sujith Shankar in negative shades. Popular journalist Rangaraj Pandey makes his acting debut in this film as a lawyer.
