Here's why Harish Kalyan's 'Lubber Pandhu' gets a special screening in Kerala!

Directed by Tamizharasan Pachamuthu, the Tamil sports drama 'Lubber Pandhu' was released in theatres on September 20. Starring Harish Kalyan, Swasika, Attakathi Dinesh and Sanjaya Krishnamoorthy in lead roles, the music for it is composed by Sean Roldan. The movie, apart from Tamil Nadu, is being critically acclaimed in Kerala.


Malayalam actress Swasika plays an important role in the film and her character Yashoda has been portrayed well. Swasika as Yashoda is a strong character who shares a deep bond with her husband and how the ego clash between her and her husband handles the situation that life throws at them.

The film is a sleeper hit and a special screening of it was organised in Kochi on Tuesday, September 24 and Mollywood stars Vinay Fort, Bala, Sshivada,Tharun Moorthy and Dinesh Panicker watched it. Swasika speaking to the Malayalam media expressed her happiness and the overwhelming response she has been receiving for her role in the movie.

Mollywood movie stars Manju Pillai and Ananya who also attended the film screening appreciated Swasika and said that they were happy to see her onscreen getting an important role in a Tamil film and added that it is her career best performance.
