Here's when Shantanu's 'Raavan Kottam' is set to release!

Actor Shantanu Bhagyaraj is awaiting the release of his film 'Raavana Kottam' in theatres. Directed by Vikram Sugumaran, the rural action drama features Kayal Anandhi as the female lead. The film's audio launch was held at Dubai on March 18 and it has been revealed that the film will release in theatres on May 12.

The audio launch was held at the Indian High School in Dubai and it had Nasser, Prasanna, Yuvan Shankar Raja and DMK leader Durai Murugan attending the event as dignitaries. Also Meena, Khushbu, Sundar C and Radhika Sarathkumar, Bhagyaraj and Poornima Bhagyaraj graced the event.

The film's cast also includes Prabhu, Ilavarasu, PL Thenappan, Deepa Shankar among others. The music for the movie is composed by Justin Prabhakaran. The movie is touted to be about the sport Jalikattu and the film's trailer which was released in January was played in theatres along with the movie screening of 'Varisu' and 'Thunivu'.
