Here's how Ajith reacted after watching 'Valimai'

’ – the first big Kollywood film of 2022 has been released in theatres on February 24. Hours after its release, the movie is now making its way into the box office hit list of the year. The movie delayed its release till today to get a theatrical release in four Indian languages – Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Helmed by H Vinoth, the movie features Ajith, Huma Qureshi and Kartikeya Gummakonda.

A couple of days ago, director Vinoth in an interview with a media house revealed what Ajith’s reaction was after watching the entire movie. The director reportedly stated that he enjoyed ‘Valimai’ and was proud of the work he has done in the movie.

‘Valimai’ is the second film that Vinoth has helmed for Ajith. The story of the movie revolves around Ajith who is a police officer transferred to the urban city of Chennai from Madurai. He takes on a case that involves a biker gang and the movie has Huma Qureshi playing a cop along with Ajith and Kartikeya Gummakonda in the negative role who locks horns with Ajith in the movie.

Now that ‘Valimai’ is released, the director and actor will start their next project soon. Ajith, H Vinoth and Boney Kapoor have collaborated for the third time now for the tentatively titled ‘AK 61’ which will go on grounds from March 9.
