Vijay's upcoming film 'Master', which is directed by
Lokesh Kanagaraj, is delayed for release due to the
Coronavirus. The post-production works of the film are now going on, and the trailer of the film is expected to be released soon. Some weeks back,
Thalapathy Vijay made headlines when the Income Tax department raided the premises of the
actor
because of his connection with financier
Anbu Chelian
during 'Bigil'. Now, as per latest reports, Health department officials have paid a sudden visit to Vijay’s residence for a COVID-19 inspection to check if anyone in the house is infected.
After the pandemic of Coronavirus hit India, Health officials have been checking the houses of those who recently visited foreign countries. Vijay's name seems to have been on the list of those who have traveled abroad in the past few months. Following this, the Health department officials had been to Vijay's house in Neelankarai, Chennai and inquired whether anyone in the house was infected with the virus. However, Health officials reportedly concluded that no one in Vijay's home has gone abroad for the past six months and left the actor's house after sanitising the place.
