Has Dhanush crooned a song in Suriya-starrer ‘NGK’?

It’s a well-known fact that Suriya and Selvaraghavan are collaborating for the first time in

‘NGK’

, which is currently on the verge of completion.



Recently, reports were rife that Dhanush has reportedly lent his voice for a song in ‘NGK’ since its being directed by his brother Selvaraghavan.








However, in another report, producer SR Prabhu denied the baseless rumours. It must be noted that Dhanush had earlier sung in films like

‘Aayirathil Oruvan’

and

‘Irandam Ulagam’

.



Suriya, who was shooting for his forthcoming project with KV Anand, is expected to resume the shooting of ‘NGK’. Reports suggest that the makers are planning to wrap up the film sometime in August. On the other hand, producer SR Prabhu is likely to announce a special update on Suriya’s birthday (July 23).


Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, ‘NGK’ has actresses Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh playing the female leads. Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja is reuniting with Selvaraghavan after a long time in ‘NGK’.


Made on a big budget, the film also stars Jagapathi Babu, Ilavarasu and Ramkumar Ganesan in supporting roles. Tipped to be a political-drama, ‘NGK’ is scheduled for a release this Diwali.
