Chennai city is slowly getting back to normalcy after Cyclone Michuang had stormed Chennai and a few northern districts of Tamil Nadu on December 4. With relief work going on actor Harish Kalyan has extended a helping hand by contributing to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund (CMPRF).

The young actor has contributed one lakh rupees to the CMPRF. Sharing a pictures of his letter and cheque for one lakh rupees, Harish Kalyan wrote, "My humble contribution. கை கோர்ப்போம் #Chennai �� #ChennaiFloodRelief #chennaifloods @CMOTamilnadu"


Earlier, actors Suriya and Karthi had given financial support of Rs. 10 lakh to 4 districts, including Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, and Tiruvallur, which have been heavily affected by Cyclone Michuang. Cyclone Michaung has hit Chennai and the surrounding cities badly on December 4, and the cities received a higher rainfall. As most of the areas flooded with rain water, cinema stars extend support for needy people, and share their prayers.
