This film was directed and produced by Ulaganayagam himself. It features Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukherji and Hema Malini among others. In this film, Kamal Haasan loses his wife and blames Mahatma Gandhi for it. He later realises the greatness of Mahatma Gandhi. Despite the unique storyline the film failed to achieve success at the box office.

‘Anbe Sivam’
Directed by Sundar C, ‘Anbe Sivam’ had dialogues by Kamal Haasan. The film speaks about the journey of two men and how they are connected by a common area. Kamal Haasan received a lot of praise for his look in the film but the movie didn’t receive the deserved response.

‘Kuruthipunal’
Kamal Haasan and Arjun play honest and competent police officers in this film. Both try to fight extremists and lose their life in the skirmish. Despite being a cop story, killing both heroes in the plot didn’t work positively for the film.
