Speaking at a promotional event for the film, GV Prakash thanked Vasantha Balan for giving him the first chance and announced that he is close to his 100th film composition.
He reportedly revealed that his 100th film as a composer is with director Sudha Kongara for the tentatively titled 'Suriya 43'. The buzz around the movie already started a couple of days ago when GV Prakash, wishing the director a happy birthday, said that he could not wait to start the project. 'Suriya 43' is said to be a film that is based on true events. The rest of the information regarding the film has yet to be released. It is only known that the movie stars Suriya in the lead role, and it is directed by Sudha Kongara with GV Prakash's composition. The rest of the film's cast and crew will soon be announced.
Meanwhile, Suriya is now shooting for his 42nd film, 'Kanguva, directed by Siva. The film is a Rs 400 crore budget project, and it stars Disha Patani as the female lead. The movie is said to be released in 3D in 10 different languages. The film is a combination of both periodicals and current events.
