is also playing leading roles in films and has an interesting lineup. Now, GV Prakash Kumar has begun shooting for his next film. GV Prakash has signed on to play the lead role in a new film, directed by debutant

Koushik

, and the film is produced by Hasheer under the banner Rooby films. Reportedly, the film started rolling officially with a ritual pooja yesterday.


Yogi Babu is playing a supporting role in the film, while the film will have music scored by the lead GV Prakash Kumar himself. The untitled film is reported to be an action-comedy drama, and the shooting of the film will happen in Chennai for the next few weeks. The cinematography will be handled by Shravan, and editing will be taken care of by Jijendran.

Apart from scoring music for his own films, GV Prakash Kumar is also scoring music for Dhanush in 'D43', and the active composer has already finished most of the works for the film.
