'Good Bad Ugly' OTT release: Ajith Kumar's film rights acquired for a whopping price

Ajith Kumar’s much-anticipated film 'Good Bad Ugly' is set to hit theaters on April 10. The action-packed entertainer has already generated significant buzz, and fans are eagerly waiting to see Ajith in yet another mass role. While the film’s theatrical release is locked in, its digital premiere details have also been revealed, giving audiences an idea of where they can catch it post its big-screen run.
Following its theatrical release, 'Good Bad Ugly' will be available for streaming on Netflix. The platform officially confirmed the acquisition with an announcement post that read, “AK fans, it’s time to pick your favorite: the Good, the Bad, or the Ugly. Or... why not all three? Good Bad Ugly, coming to Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi after its theatrical release!”
This confirmation has further heightened the excitement among fans who are eagerly awaiting the film’s OTT release. According to 123 Telugu, the digital rights of 'Good Bad Ugly' have been acquired for Rs 95 crore to set a new record for an Ajith film.
'Good Bad Ugly' is directed by 'Mark Antony' fame Adhik Ravichandran, an ardent fan of Ajith Kumar, who co-wrote the screenplay alongside Ravi Kandasamy and Harish Manikandan. Ajith Kumar headlines the cast, with Trisha Krishnan playing the female lead. The ensemble cast is expected to feature Prasanna, Arjun Das, Sunil, Rahul Dev, and others in key roles. The film’s music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, who replaced Devi Sri Prasad. With an intriguing teaser already making waves, 'Good Bad Ugly 'promises to be an electrifying mix of action and comedy, featuring Ajith in multiple looks, reminiscent of his past iconic roles.
