Ganesh K Babu to collaborate with Jayam Ravi for his next!

Director Ganesh K Babu's fame increased in Kollywood after his debut project 'Dada' starring Kavin became a success after its release in 2024. The movie was an amazing start to his film directing career, and he was planning to collaborate with actor Jiiva for his next. However, the new buzz is that the director has planned to collaborate with Jayam Ravi for a new film which will be produced by the Screen Scene Productions.

Actor Jayam Ravi has quite a few projects in the pipeline and following this, the actor, after completing his ongoing projects, will start work for his new film with Ganesh K Babu. Jayam Ravi on the work front was last seen in the film 'Siren' and he has the films 'Brother', 'Genie' and 'Kadhalikka Nermaillai' which are in different stages of production.


Directed by M Rajesh, 'Brother' is a comedy drama starring Jayam Ravi, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Bhumika Chawla, Saranya Ponvannan, Natty Natraj, VTV Ganesh, Yogi Babu among others. The music for it is composed by Harris Jayaraj and the filming was wrapped in February this year and is currently in post production.

'Genie' is a fantasy comedy directed by debutant Bhuvanesh Arjunan and the movie cast includes Jayam Ravi, Krithi Shetty, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Wamiqa Gabbi, Devayani among others. The music for the movie is composed by AR Rahman and the final set of shooting schedule is underway.

Directed by Kiruthiga Udayanidhi, the movie is a romantic drama starring Jayam Ravi, Nithya Menen, Yogi Babu, Vinay Rai, John Kokken, Lal among others and the film's music is composed by AR Rahman. The film shooting was wrapped last month and it will soon be released in theatres.
