First single from 'NEEK' titled Golden Sparrow

Dhanush after the success of 'Raayan' is now directing his third film 'Nilavukku En Mel Ennadi Kobam' (NEEK). The film stars Anikha Surendran, Priya Prakash Warrier, Matthew Thomas and Venkatesh Menon, Rabiya Khatoon and Ramya Ranganathan in lead roles and the music for it was composed by GV Prakash.

The film went on floors last year and it is touted to be a romntic drama. The makers on Saturday announced that the film's first single has been titled 'Golden Sparrow' and it is said to be out soon. Sharing the poster of the first single, director DHanush took to X to state, "Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam #NEEK A usual love story 1st single “Golden sparrow” coming soon. A @gvprakash musical @wunderbarfilm @theSreyas."

The film's technical crew consists of cinematographer Leon Britto and editor GK Prasanna.



On the work front, Dhanush has one more directorial project that stars Nithya Menen as the female lead and the movie is soon said to go on floors and the pre-production is underway. Meanwhile, he is also shooting for the film 'Kubera' which is helmed by Sekhar Kammula and the movie stars Rashmika Mandanna and Nagarjuna in lead roles. The actor also has his Hindi film 'Tere Ishk Mein' which is directed by Anand L Rai and a yet to be titled Ialiyaraaja biography which will be directed by Arun Matheswaran.

In other news, Mari Selvaraj has also signed up for a new film with Dhanush and the director recently revealed that shooting for the film will soon go on floors after he wraps up 'Bison' with Dhruv Vikram.
