Final schedule of the post-apocalyptic movie 'Kaliyugam' begins

’ features Shraddha Srinath in the lead role. Earlier, it was reported that the movie is a female centric thriller and is based on the world in 2050.

The movie is directed by debutant

Pramodh Sundar

and the shooting for the movie began earlier this year in January. The team had put up a film set in Chennai and the final schedule of the shoot for ‘Kaliyugam’ has started since yesterday (December 27).

The film is touted to be a psychological thriller and lead character Shraddha Srinath’s role will be intense in the film. The director earlier in an interview with

ETimes

, stated that the actress was kicked when she heard the script and was ready to pull off this role. The movie also features actor Kishore.

The music director of the film is yet to be announced as the movie makers want to keep it hidden as a surprise for the audience. The movie is produced under the banner of Prime cinemas and it is expected that the movie will be aired in theatres in 2022.
