Directors turn writers for their assistants
Recently, director Mysskin wrote a script for one of his assistant directors, GR Aathityaa, who is set to make his debut film. Mysskin is not the only one. From Atlee to Mani Ratnam, it looks like established directors in Kollywood don't mind lending a helping hand to their assistants, who are turning directors, by writing a script for them. Even if they are busy with their own films, these directors take time to guide their ADs throughout the course of the shoot.
