Shankar took it to twitter to shower praise on the recently released film,
Sillukarupatti
directed by
Halitha Shameem. The film which was released a week back is said to be romantic anthology drama, has been appreciated by many critics for its portrayal of the beautiful emotions stuck in a city life.
The film produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment was appreciated earlier by director Murugadoss while the star couple Jyothika and Suriya also heaped praise on the director for her work in the film. Apart from praising the film, Shankar also praised Director Halitha Shameem, the producers, actors and all the technicians worked in the film.
Director Shankar is busy with the shooting of Kamal’s Indian 2. A new poster of the film was released on this new year day by the director. Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Delhi Ganesh, Nedumudi Venu, Bobby Simha, Samuthirakani and Anant Mahadevan are roped in to play an important role in the film while music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
