Director hits back as Nazriya files complaint

Actress Nazriya Nazim filed complaint to the Chennai police commmissioner about her own Naiyaandi team for using a body double for a glamorous scene in the film, which she had declined to shoot. Meanwhile Director Sargunan has issued a statement asking if Nazriya is ready to to watch movie with the media and say it's not her in the song sequence.
The director has assured that he has not used any body double for the song shoot, and say it is heroine Nazriya in the scenes.Sargunan has said that he wanted a close up shot for the film and requested Nazriya to act it, when she said she can't come from Kerala for one shot and gave a go ahead for a shot with a body double. The director has raised a question what is her problem suddenly at the last moment when the film is set to release.
Nazriya Nazim shot to fame with just one successful low-budget bilingual movie, "Neram". Even before her second movie Raja Rani was released, she was already touted as the next rising star.
