Director H Vinoth confirms film with Dhanush

We had earlier reported that director H Vinoth, who is awaiting the release of his film 'Thunivu' starring Ajith Kumar and Manu Warrier in the lead, will be directing Dhanush for his next film. While the reports were that the movie will go on grounds at the end of 2023, director H Vinoth has recently confirmed working with Dhanush.
In a recent interaction with an online media, H Vinoth revealed that he had narrated a story to Dhanush who has given his nod.Interestingly, the story was initially pitched to Ajith as their first film together, but they opted for 'Nerkonda Paarvai' and then worked on 'Valimai' and now ready with 'Thunivu'. H Vinoth further explained that the story he narrated to Ajith was about a conman with a much higher scale than the one in his first movie 'Sathuranga Vettai'.
It would be interesting to see Dhanush as a conman and the Dhanush-H Vinoth movie will be produced by Lalit Kumar on a grand scale under his movie production banner Seven Screen Studios.
Meanwhile, Dhanush is currently shooting for the film ‘Captain Miller’ which is directed by Arun Matheswaran. Dhanush is also awaiting the release of his film ‘Vaathi’ which is set to release in theatres on February 17.
