Dinesh's next titled Nayae Peyae

We had told you that choreographer-turned-actor Dinesh will be seen as a dogcatcher in an upcoming film after playing a ragpicker in his debut film as a hero,

. The film will be directed by

Sakthivasan

, a short filmmaker who made The Real Salute, which won the National Award. Kiran Bedi played the lead character in that film.

Now, the film has been titled

Nayae Peyae

, which reflects the genre of the film — horror — and also Dinesh's character in the film. The director says that in addition to horror, the film will also have romance and comedy as well in right doses. Newcomer Aishwarya plays the female lead. Dinesh plays a ragpicker who does petty thefts and leads a happy life with his friends. When they decide to kidnap a dog, they end up kidnapping a ghost and what happens after that forms the plot.

The supporting cast includes Sayaji Shinde, Aadukalam Murugadoss, Rokesh and Krish. NR Raghunanthan will be composing the music for the film while Niran Chander handles the cinematography.

The film went on floors today with a puja, which has 25 prominent directors from the film industry, including M Rajesh, S Ezhil, Saran, Perarasu, and Thambi Ramaiah among others.
