In a recent YouTube interview, director Jayakumar shared a surprising revelation about 'Blue Star,' providing some interesting insights. Jayakumar initially narrated the script of 'Blue Star' to actor Kavin as he wanted a young actor for the role. Kavin also expressed his interest in the film. Unfortunately, Kavin's prior commitments clashed with this project, and the director approached Ashok Selvan.
Interestingly, Ashok Selvan fell in love with Keerthi Pandian while working together with the actress for 'Blue Star'! They got married in September 2023.
'Blue Star' makers have already declared the film as a profitable one, and the cricket drama has retained most of the screens for the second weekend.
