Priya Anand playing an important role. Giree Sayya, who worked as an AD with Sandeep Vanga for 'Arjun Reddy' is making his debut as a director with this film and Ravi K Chandran is cranking the camera.
We had earlier reported that Dhruv Vikram’s debut film 'Varmaa', which is the official remake of the Telugu blockbuster 'Arjun Reddy' will be re-shot with new cast and crew including the director after the makers announced that they were not happy with Varmaa's first copy provided by Bala's B Studios. Now, the shooting of the film has been completed.
Anbu Thasan plays the role of Dhruv’s friend in the movie, which was essayed by Rahul Ramakrishna in the Telugu version. The young actor was noted for his performance in Kolamavu Kokila last year. Banita Sandhu has replaced Megha Chowdhury who is the heroine in the first version.
