Dhanush's film with Dheena titled 'Ajith from Aruppukottai'

Ajith from Aruppukottai

'. The film is the Tamil version of

Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan

, directed by Nadhir Shah, who has been retained for the Tamil film. The director announced the news of his Tamil venture, in his Facebook post.

The shooting of the film is currently underway in Pollachi. While, Dheena is playing the lead role, comedian Dharmajan Bolghatty who played the hero’s friend in the

Malayalam

original, is doing the same role in the Tamil remake.

Interstingly, Dheena made his debut with a small role in Dhanush's directorial debut film 'Pa Pandi'.
