Dhanush gives a strong reply to haters amidst his legal battle with Nayanthara: 'You won’t be able to do anything...'

Actor Dhanush and Nayanthara have been making headlines over the past few months due to their legal battle surrounding the film 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan.'

Following heated exchanges on social media through official statements and legal proceedings, Dhanush was recently seen delivering a powerful speech against hatred at a public event, which many netizens perceived as a veiled dig at Nayanthara.
Dhanush's strong reply for negative campaign




Dhanush, who is gearing up for the release of Kuberaa on 20 June, attended the film’s audio launch event and took a moment to address the negativity and hatred directed at him. A video of the actor is now going viral on social media, in which he is heard saying: “You can spread as many rumours as you want about me, spread any negative news about me. Each time a film of mine is about to release, there’s a negative campaign against me a month and a half beforehand. But you won’t be able to do anything, as my fans are my strong pillars of support.”His statement was met with loud cheers from the crowd.

He went on to express heartfelt gratitude to his loyal fanbase, crediting them for standing by his side for over two decades.“No matter who you are, life turns out based on how you think. What is meant for you will come to you, and no one can take that away. Be happy. Happiness is a choice, and it’s within you,” he added.

Legal battle between Dhanush and Nayanthara

Dhanush reportedly sent Nayanthara a legal notice regarding the use of a three-second behind-the-scenes clip from Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in her documentary 'Nayanthara: The Fairy Tale.' The issue came to light when Nayanthara posted on social media, calling out Dhanush for withholding permission to use the footage, which caused a delay in the documentary’s release. Dhanush’s team subsequently issued a legal notice to Nayanthara, demanding Rs 1 crore in damages if the footage was not removed from the documentary, as it originated from his production venture.
