Earlier in December last year, music composer D Imman announced his separation from his wife Monicka Richard, after almost 13 years of marriage. The 'Annaatthe' composer, who had entered into wedlock with computer engineer Monicka earlier in April, 2008, have apparently been divorced since November, 2020. Now, the latest is that, Imman has filed a case in the Chennai High Court demanding action against Monicka.
The popular music composer has alleged that his ex-wife has illegally applied for fresh passports for their children concealing the fact that he already is in possession of their original passports. He has also demanded the cancellation of new passports. The Chennai High Court has ordered the Zonal Passport Officer and Monica to respond to Imman's complaint. The case has been adjourned by Judge Anita Sumanth to June 9.
The couple have two daughters, Veronica Dorothy Imman and Blessica Kathy Imman.
Meanwhile on the work front, Imman had composed music for the recently released Suriya-starrer 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan'. His upcoming project includes Arya's 'Captain', Prabhudeva-starrer 'My Dear Bootham', 'Yutha Satham' and 'Poikaal Kuthirai'.
