'Cobra' director reveals the release date of the film's teaser on A.R,Rahman's birthday

AR Rahman is celebrating his 54th birthday today, and wishes have been pouring in from the fans around the globe and the film fraternity. Meanwhile, the 'Cobra' team has surprised the fans with a special update on the film. Director Ajay Gnanmuthu wished AR Rahman on his birthday with a specially designed poster revealing the release date of 'Cobra' teaser.Accordingly, the much awaited teaser of the film will be out on January 9. Moreover, it is also revealed that Vikram will be seen in several exceptional looks in the film.

'Cobra' final leg of shooting is taking place in Kolkata, and the team has been working at a brisk speed to wrap up the film. Meanwhile, the 'Cobra' teaser is said to be attached with 'Master' for the fans to enjoy it in theaters. 'Cobra' features Vikram, Srinidhi Shetty, Irfan Pathan, Miya George, KS Ravikumar, and others in key roles, and the film is produced by Lalit Kumar's Seven Screen Studio.
Vikram will be starting the work for Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan' after finishing 'Cobra'. He has also signed a film with Karthik Subbaraj, and he will be coming together with his son Dhruv in an untitled action drama.
