Chiyaan Vikram starrer ‘Thangalaan’ has been running successfully in theaters since August 15, and the makers are all set to release the Hindi version of the film in theaters on September 6. Ahead of the release, director Pa Ranjith, Parvathy Thiruvothu, and Vikram appeared together in an interview to discuss more about the movie. During the chat, the actor opened up about having discussions on a project with SS Rajamouli.
While talking to Pinkvilla, Vikram addressed the speculations about working with SS Rajamouli, stating they have had discussions many times. The actor hinted at the possibility of working with S.S. Rajamouli in the future, acknowledging ongoing discussions but noting that it may not happen soon. He praised Rajamouli as one of the most fantastic and prominent directors in India. ‘We are just waiting for the right script,’ the actor further added.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli are currently busy shooting for a new project tentatively titled ‘SMB29.’
Vikram is set to star in S.U. Arun Kumar's upcoming film ‘Veera Dheera Sooran,’ which will be a two-part series. The film features an ensemble cast, including SJ Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu (making his Tamil debut), and Dushara Vijayan in key roles. Additionally, Vikram will reprise his role in the sequel, ‘Thangalaan 2.’
