Cheran to direct Vijay Sethupathi?

It looks like veteran director Cheran is all set to direct Vijay Sethupathi in his next family drama. The film is said to be a family sentiment-based drama just like his previous ventures Autograph and Thavamai Thavamirundhu. However, there is no official confirmation on the same. Cheran’s last directorial venture was JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai, which was released a couple of years ago.
Vijay Sethupathi is currently busy with Vikram Vedha in which he teams up with Madhavan. The film is written and directed by Pushkar and Gayathri, and the star cast includes Shraddha Srinath, Kathir, John Vijay and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar.
