After Sindhubaadh Vijay Sethupathi’s other movie ‘Chennai Palani Mars’ is hitting theatres on July 26th, this time not as an actor but as a producer and writer.

is directed by Biju Vishwanath who also co produces the movie. He has already worked with
Vijay Sethupathi in Orange Mittai.
With many projects in hands, we wonder how makkal selvan has written a script for this story and there is a huge excitement among his fans to witness him as a story writer after Orange Mittai. While the film also looked quirky right from the title. Many newcomers are given space in the film while two new actors, Praveen Raja and Rajesh Giriprasad are said to play the lead roles.
The plot is said to revolve around an astrophysics student and an eccentric singer who hatch an outlandish plan to travel to Mars as they meet in a de-addiction center. Niranjan Babu is roped in to play music.
Meanwhile, the actor has 'Sethupathi 2' with Arun Kumar in the pipeline along with 'Sanga Tamizhan', 'Kadaisi Vivasayi', 'Laabam' and 'Maamanithan' in various stages of production. Apart from these Tamil films, he also has 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' in Telugu and 'Marconi Mathai' in Malayalam.
