' directed by Venkat Prabhu has been released. The first part of the film in fact his directorial debut. This film is the sequel to the coming-of-age, sports-comedy film 'Chennai 600028' that released almost a decade ago in 2007.

The cast of 'Chennai 600028 II Innings' includes Jai, Shiva, Premji, Aravind Akash and Nithin Sathya, who all played a crucial role in the first part. Famous composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music for this sports-comedy.
