Talking about getting this opportunity to work in the film, he says, “It is not easy to get a chance to work with Vijay, and when I got a call from Atlee’s team, I immediately accepted. I cannot wait to start shooting with the team. Atlee, I think, is a great director and brings out the best in an actor, which is very important.”

On his role, he says, “I play the role of the heroine’s father in the movie. I will start shooting for the role from the first week of July. I am glad that I have a lot of combination scenes with Vijay. I couldn’t have asked for more.”
