Chandni's brush with the law

Before you jump to conclusions, let's tell you that the pretty actress is not in trouble with the law enforcers. In fact, she plays a law college student in her forthcoming film with Nagulan!
Chandni says, 'I'm paired opposite Nagulan in Naan Rajavaga Pogiren, a light-hearted action entertainer. It's in this film that I play a law college student. My character is important to the script, and I'm glad I've been getting meaty offers in Kollywood.'
She adds, 'After Bhagyaraj sir's Siddhu +2, I got busy with my studies.I did commercials in between, and director Prithvi Rajkumar saw one of my photos that I'd shot for an ad. He liked my look in it, and cast me in the film. Almost 60 per cent of the film is over, and we should resume shoot again from next month in Bhopal.'
Meanwhile, Chandni is also in talks to do a couple of Telugu films. 'An official announcement will be made soon regarding my Tollywood ventures,' she informs.
