A few days back, a huge controversy erupted in K-town when Jayam Ravi’s ‘Bogan’ landed in trouble. The director of the movie Lakshman was accused of plagiarism by director Antony Thomas, who claimed ‘Bogan’ was his brainchild. Here’s what Lakshman has to say about the whole messy affair.
The director issued a note stating that Antony had actually narrated a similar story a few years ago to producer Nemichand Jhabak.

Although its idea was similar to ‘Bogan’, they were not identical. But when he got to know the story of the Jayam Ravi starrer, Lakshman claims that Antony tweaked his own story and came out with the plagiarism allegation.
