In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Bobby shared his experience working with Suriya and Balakrishna on these films. The Bollywood star believes that cinema has become pan-Indian, with dubbed versions of films reaching global audiences. He emphasizes that the goal of creating great projects is universal across different film industries, and working on sets in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Mumbai no longer makes a significant difference.

The actor had signed ‘Kanguva’ before the release of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal.’ Bobby added that he always wanted to work with Suriya and called him a great actor. Bobby expressed his excitement about being offered a role in ‘Kanguva.’ Despite not being familiar with much of Tamil cinema or director Siva's work, he praises Siva as a talented filmmaker and a kind, gentle person, likening him to a teddy bear. Bobby admires the impressive work Siva has done on the film.

Bobby further discussed the challenging process of transforming into Udhiran, the antagonist in ‘Kanguva.’ He had to wear a hairpiece, facial scars, custom contact lenses, and endure shooting in difficult conditions like dust and smoke. Despite the physical demands and the misconception that filmmaking is easy, Bobby finds the experience creatively fulfilling and enjoyable.

Bobby Deol also shared his thoughts on the NBK starrer, tentatively titled ‘NBK109.’ The actor called Balakrishna a ‘sweetheart,’ adding, ‘He is young at heart and full of energy.’ Bobby expressed his appreciation for working with director Bobby Kolli, describing him as a wonderful person. He feels fortunate to work in a positive environment where the work is done efficiently while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Bobby signed his first Telugu movie with the director duo Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krishna for Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu,’ which is currently under production.
