Bindu's tough-girl act

The Kazhugoo actress will be performing stunts in Pandiraj's film
Bindu's tough-girl act
A couple of months back, Bindu Madhavi would have been wondering why she hadn't been signed up by any filmmaker in K-Town despite strong performances in her earlier releases Veppam, Avan Ivan and Kazhugoo. The actress, who was also signed up for Arivazhagan's Vallinam and Seenuramasamy's Neerparavai had been unceremoniously dropped with both the directors not satisfied with their respective test shoots.

But. now, all that is a thing of the past. Suddenly, the actress has not one but three films in her hand. She replaced Karthika in the remake of Sattam Oru Iruttarai, was signed up for Iruvar Ullam, and more recently by National Award-winning director Pandiraj for his upcoming Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga (KBKR).
We hear that Bindu plays a rough and tough girl in the film and is currently preparing for the role. A source in the unit revealed, "The actress plays a daredevil who isn't afraid to take on anyone who crosses her path. In fact, she even has two fight scenes and is currently training for those stunt sequences."
While KBKR is a romantic comedy, this is certainly news to many in the industry. The film stars Vimal and Sivakarthikeyan, both of whom shot to fame with the director's earlier films Pasanga and Marina, in the lead. While Bindu plays Vimal's pair, the hunt is on for the other female lead.
