'Bigil' actress Gayathri Reddy ties the knot

Earlier this year on May 1, actress Gayathri Reddy of 'Bigil' fame had announced her engagement. Gayathri who is a model and actress played the role of ‘Maari’ in the film ‘Bigil’ alongside Vijay has got married a couple of days ago in the presence of her family and friends.

Gayathri has now shared the wedding photo on her social media pages introducing her husband officially. The netizens have been congratulating the young couple.



Gayathri made her acting debut with the film ‘Bigil’ in 2019. She started her career as a model and then stepped into the industry. She played an important role in the film as one of the 11 players of the female football team and shared the screen space with Nayanthara and Vijay for quite a while. She also appeared in a cameo role in the film ‘Lift’ that featured Kavin and Amritha Aiyer. She was also part of 'Survivor' reality show hosted by Arjun.
