Bigg Boss fame Tharshan's next titled 'Yathreekan'

Bigg Boss Tamil Season 3 fame Tharshan Thiyagarajah, who made his big screen debut with 'Koogle Kuttappa' in 2022, is playing the lead role in an emotional crime thriller titled 'Yathreekan' directed by debutant Prem Nazeer. The film has Malavika playing the female lead and the team has wrapped up shooting first schedule of the film, and will start filming the next schedule soon.
Produced by VG Dhanalakshmi Gopalan, is written and directed by debutant Prem Nazeer based on the backdrop of real-life criminal incidents. The film also has Kaali Venkat in an important role.
Director Prem Nazeer said, “Yathreekan is a film on the travel vlog. It is about two different individuals and their different ideologies. How a mysterious happening bind their issues together forms the crux of the movie"
While developing the protagonist’s character that is sparkling with energy, I believed Tharshan could bring it out very well as it is an inherent part of him, as witnessed with Bigg Boss show. Malavika is going to be yet another attraction in this film. Kaali Venkat is a gem of Tamil cinema, and he is a natural performer, who is escalating his value gradually with every film," added Prem Nazeer.
