Legendary filmmaker Bharathirajaa’s son Manoj Baharathirajaa, who was last seen in Karthi’s Viruman, is all set to debut as a director soon. The film, bankrolled by director Suseenthiran, will feature his father as one of the leads.
Revealing details about the project, Manoj says, “It’s a village-based film that will cater to audiences of all age groups. It will have love, emotions, drama, and other commercial ingredients. My father, Bharathirajaa, will be seen in a pivotal role and I am sure people will love hischaracter in the film. ”
Manoj also informs us that major portions will be shot in his native place — Theni. “Suseenthiran sir, who has written the script as well, suggested I shoot in and around Theni, and in the villages around Madurai. We are planning to begin the shoot in the first week of May. ” While the rest of the cast will be a mix of newcomers and veterans, GV Prakash Kumar will be composing the film’s music.
