, the movie has received positive reviews from audiences. The film has reportedly collected over Rs 21 crore in two days and it is also said to be the second-best collection of Sivakarthikeyan’s film on opening day with an earning of Rs 13 crore on the day of its release.

Now director Atlee has praised his former assistant director Cibi Chakravarthy for directing ‘Don’. Taking to Twitter, Atlee wrote, “#Don emotional family entertainer @Siva_Kartikeyan super performance da, lovely film, thanks for giving an opportunity to debut director, mass da @Dir_Cibi director sir, so proud of you da, great movie emotionally moved keep rocking love you da. Congrats to the entire team.”

Replying to Atlee’s tweet, Cibi Chakravarthy said, “Thanks a ton to my guru @Atlee_dir sir your appreciation means a lot to me sir. Couldn’t express my happiness through words. Am highly elated sir.”
