Mani Ratnam's magum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan' is a never ending process. The film boasts of a huge star cast which inlcudes Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Keerthy Suresh and Malayalam actor Jayaram among others. The latest speculations making rounds is that,
actor Teejay
, who played the roles of Dhanush's elder son in 'Asuran' directed by Vetrimaaran, has been signed to play an important role in director Maniratnam's
Ponniyin Selvan
which begins shooting in December.
While the director is scouting locations in Thailand for the film, actor Teejay posted a photo of him on his social media account, captioning it "I've Started working on the next Transformation Look. The speculation of the young actor being a part of the film has risen due the hashtags December shooting and AR Rahman strongly hinting of Teejay referring to Ponniyin Selvan.
The film is planned go on the floors next month. 'Ponniyin Selvan' has AR Rahman scoring the music, Ravi Varman handling the camera and Thotta Tharani taking care of the production design.
