Ashwin's tryst with comedy

He already has three films in various stages of completion, and set to start his fourth one soon. And Ashwin says he's happy to be busy in Kollywood. 'I'm done with Hi Da, and Kadhal Kasakkudhayya and Saranalayam are in the final stage of completion. I will start shooting for Kalaintha Kanavugal from August 10,' says Ashwin, who's the grandson of ace actor Danaal Thangavelu. 'As a child artist, I've acted with him in Periyamaruthu, which was also his last film. Now, I hope I'm able to live up to his name and fulfil audience's expectations. He was known for his comedy timing, and I want to do a full-length comedy film soon,' he smiles.
